How often should I have a massage?
Some people benefit from weekly massage sessions, others from a needs only basis. Active sporty people often use massage to control overuse problems.
Those with deskbound or driving jobs can use massage to counteract long hours in a poor postural position.
Massage Benefits…
Massage will increase blood and lymphatic circulation, which will reduce swelling and speed up the healing process. Deep friction, compression and stretching techniques will breakdown scar tissue and adhesions that prevent normal muscle fibre function.
