Gym-exercise-class-hand-weightsRachel’s rejuvenating all over body conditioning class is a fun hour of exercise using hand weights to increase your strength, whilst toning up all parts of your body.  This class will raise your heart rate and challenge your lungs, as well as improve your core and posture and not only that you will burn some calories!

  • Do you want to tone all parts of your body?
  • Are you an athlete that is training for a specific event?
  • Do you have a busy life and need to take some time out to focus on you and your body?
  • Does your job involve a lot of sitting?
  • Are you a mum or dad that needs to re-energise?

If your answer to any of these questions is yes – then this is definitely the class for you!

We are running 2 classes:-

Tues morning 9.30-10.30 am – Total Toning for Mums

This class is aimed at Mums, but anyone who wants to re-energise and get fit for summer can join in.  Drop your kids off at school and then come along to our class – classes are term time only to fit in with family life.  Booking is essential as the classes are limited to 8 people.  Small classes means that Rachel can tailor the class to your needs and give you the individual time you require, in order that you can get the most out of each and every class.

Weds evening 7.00-8.00 pm – Total Toning for All

This class is for anyone who wants to get fitter, tone up or simply wanting to re-energise and loose those excess pounds for summer.  Or are you currently training for a sporting event, then why not make Total Toning part of your training regime by booking on our 6 week course now.

Rachel is a very experienced and highly qualified instructor and has run Total Toning classes at other local sports centres for sometime.  She is energetic and passionate about her classes, whilst also being sympathetic and caring – skills that she has obtained through her career as a sister nurse.
