Join Sally for her dynamic, hatha flow yoga class, harmonising breath, postural alignment and movement to build strength,improve flexibility and cultivate mindfulness.
Each class will focus on working through the classic yoga postures and sequences, focusing on healthy alignmnent to open, release, build strength and flexibility and introducing Pranayama (breathing techniques) and relaxation to create a better sense of mental clarity and calm.
Sally has been practising yoga for 30 years and teaching for 5. During this time she has been privileged to study and learn with some world class teachers, infusing the different schools of Hatha, Ashtanga, Anusara and Vinyassa flow into her own style.
Sally is passionate about promoting health and vitality through yoga in a light hearted and fun way and hopes to share her passion and inspire students to build their inner and outer strength, integrating the yoga principles into their everyday life.
