If exercise compliance is your stumbling block, there are lots of easy to use exercise tools, proven to improve the benefit you gain from exercising. The various options available for your situation will be explained and carefully shown.

The exercise gadgets vary in price and range from Free to 150 pounds.

They include free apps for your phone to remind you when to exercise to gadgets which provide you with feedback on how well you are doing.

Alternatively once you know how to activate your pelvic floor you can join a small group of ladies for Sarah‘s Women’s Health Class. The class basically follows the principles of Pilates, although much slower than any other regular Pilates Class, ensuring that each lady achieves optimal Pelvic Floor and Core control/strength to support your pelvic organs.
